ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Bill. I’ve spent most of my career in IT support, which means I know my way around a keyboard, but not a toolbox. Like a lot of people, I’ve had to rely on local technicians for everything from home repairs to appliance fixes, and I’ve learned the hard way how tough it can be to find someone who’s both honest and reliable.
This site is for people like me, people who have service needs and are looking to get the job done the right way and avoid overcharging or poor quality work. After a few bad experiences I realized how hard it may be to find good work and how valuable a skill is to find this type of work. I’m not a handyman myself, but I know what it feels like to be on the customer side and want someone you can count on.
For just about anyone, you will find on here what I believe (and hope to be) is practical information for navigating your way in finding such subject. As for the local North Jersian's (don't know if that's grammatically correct!) you will find on here local guys who I believe either through in person experience or deep research that are the cream of the crop here in North Jersey
